A traditional household staple across India, fragrant basmati rice with a vegetable medley – using only the freshest available produce – cooked in a lightly roasted home made spice mix. Served with a freshly made Raita (yoghurt) dip on the side. This is ideal as a meal for one, or can be shared between 2 when ordered in addition to dips or Chole Puri (spiced chickpea curry).
