This is a chef-made ready meal. It will arrive frozen and needs to be cooked in an oven. Keep frozen and cook when you want or defrost in the fridge (where it will keep for five days) and cook from chilled.

Caponata is a Sicilian aubergine dish with slightly sweet and sour flavours – Italians say “agrodolce”! It’s combined here with lentils and goat’s cheese for a veggie lasagne with a difference. Suitable for vegetarians.
