All cooks have undergone extensive food safety training. Our cooks requirements are:
- Food hygiene certification, passed up to level 2 minimum.
- Must be registered with the relevant Local Authority as a home cook.
- Once inspected, they achieve a minimum of a 4* or 5* Hygiene Rating.
- Follow COVID and Food Standards guidance.
